The hotel was equipped with Wi, Fi and had a 24, hour reception desk which was great. It is also located in a prime area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. the rooms were clean and well, presented with essential amenities provided.
My xmas stay was marred by a few issues. the air conditioning unit was too loud and it disturbed my sleep throughout the night.

I had a really good stay at this hotel! the location is perfect as it is close to both the shopping mall and the MRT station, making it really convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and I particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony.
Only one small issue, but everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is superb, with shopping areas nearby and easy access to transportation. The staff was professional and friendly, making us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with useful facilities like a full-size fridge and cooking stove. Also, having a bathtub in the room was fantastic after a long day.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in south Jakarta. The location is great, with easy access to the Blok M area. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the value for money. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities and some even had balconies. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
No major issues, everything was fine.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in south Jakarta. the value for money was excellent - I got a lot for the price I paid. Secondly, the location was superb. It was close to the shopping area and just a stone's throw away from the business district. Finally, the staff were professional and friendly. They made sure that my room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. this hotel offered great value for money, a convenient location, and attentive staff.
All was excellent, no improvements needed.

The hotel is located in a great spot with lots of food options and shopping nearby. The room had a cozy feel and was affordable compared to other venues in the area. the breakfast was tasty and filling.
The reception staff was not very helpful when it came to handling requests and language barriers were an issue. The Wi-Fi and television services could use some work as well.

The location of this hotel is perfect for travelers! Only a short walk from the DAMRI bus station to the airport, it's also just a stone's throw from many shopping areas, including a mall. the room was clean and comfortable, with a great modern bathroom. the breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the staff provides friendly, attentive service.
The gym could use some improvements, but overall, this hotel is a great choice for those looking to stay near shopping and transportation options.
